Our Founder
Our studio is led by Ryan McGregor, a Sydney-based interior designer with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture. His work explores how material, memory and atmosphere shape the way we experience space. With experience across residential, retail, hospitality and wellness, he creates interiors that feel both contemporary and deeply lived in.
Our Process
We guide our clients through a well-managed design process that’s thoughtful, transparent, and enjoyable.
We balance creativity with structure, ensuring every decision moves the project forward with clarity and purpose.
We begin by getting to know you, your needs, vision, and what’s driving the project. Together, we define your ideal outcome, budget, and timeline, while clarifying any practical details such as site requirements or council approvals.
This stage is about connection and clarity, ensuring we’re aligned from the start and ready to create a space that reflects your goals with purpose.
Through a workshop, we explore your vision in detail: how you want your space to look, feel, and function. We prioritise not only visuals, but texture, scent, and sound.
From there, we develop a guiding concept that informs every decision moving forward. We refine ideas collaboratively to ensure the direction feels right for you.
With the design direction approved, we flesh out your space through layout development, materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. We prepare detailed drawings and 3D visuals so you can see exactly how everything will come together.
Next, we translate the design into precise documentation, schedules, and specifications that your builder can confidently follow. This ensures the design intent is carried through to construction without ambiguity.
We act as your point of contact throughout the build, liaising with the builder and resolving any challenges as they arise. Design often evolves on site, and we’re there to adapt details while maintaining the integrity of the overall vision. Our role is to make the process as seamless as possible.
As the project nears completion, we conduct final checks, note any finishing touches, and ensure everything meets our shared expectations.
Finally, we walk through the completed space together and celebrate the final result.
